I have to say any problem I have had which are very few. "Nancy" has taken care of in a timely manner. And often has told me prior to me noticing the problem. I always ask for a current supply list the day I make my order and have been happy with the results. I will continue to do business with them.

Phil, sorry you are so full of sour grapes. Most American businessmen have the grace to understand about production backsets, and are willing to work around them with their suppliers. Apparently, you're not able to go that route with NFLSELL. "Nancy" and the crew there have been honest and upright with me for the last 300 jerseys (even through the problems) and we have a good working relationship. By the way; it's based on trust and patience, not sour grapes.

Well, you Jade might be one of the few that gets "great service". Well my friend, they did not make only one mistake, they made several. Out of 4 orders, 4 were wrong. It is ashame because I am a sports vendor in Texas. And I asked them to do great and timely business with me,and they agreed. I promised them that I would get more vendors to buy from this company, all they had to do was just good business. They failed. Like I said earlier, 4 orders , 4 mistakes. Unacceptable. I will say this they sure sounded real good when they said they can get this can get that, what happens, I sent the funds for the purchase of the product,and then "Nancy" comes back and tells me that they do not have this or that, after Nancy said they did have a particular Item. That is dishonesty just so I can send the money to them, and then after they have it, they dissappointed me. And myself and my customers are left hanging. That my friend, in any ones book, is BAD BUSINESS, especially when dealing and trying to establish a business partnership with the US.
